Refund/Return Policy

All goods that leave Pocket Aces Over Kings are inspected to ensure they are received as advertised. Pocket Aces Over Kings do not offer exchanges or refunds should the customer change their mind. Please select carefully. In the unlikely case that your item is received with a manufacture fault, the item will be replaced within 14 days of return. Goods that are damaged in transit will be covered by Australia Post (if selected on check out). Products that are damaged in transit that are not insured can be returned, with postage costs at the expense of the customer, and are subject to approval at the discretion of Pocket Aces Over Kings.

Delivery details

Pocket Aces Over Kings delivers throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia. The customer is responsible for the cost of delivery. Pocket Aces Over Kings will endeavor to maintain the time frames indicated for delivery, however, circumstances will occasionally arise which may delay receipt of the product. Pocket Aces Over Kings takes no financial responsibility for any delays in delivery.
